Delete your Tootey account

In the app

1. Open Profile → Settings → Account & Security → Delete account.
2. Read what will be removed and type DELETE.
3. Confirm with your linked Google account or your current Tootey password, as prompted.

Once deletion succeeds, your account is signed out. This action cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email support@tooteyapp.com from the email address registered to Tootey. Use the subject Delete my Tootey account and tell us that you want your account and its associated data deleted.

We verify account ownership before acting and process verified requests within 30 days. Never send your password or a login code. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support for help with verification.

What is removed

Deletion removes your active account, parent and baby profile, Community posts and comments, likes, saved posts, poll votes, blocks, reports, notification preferences and device push registrations associated with that account.

Deleting inside the app also clears account-specific local data on that device. Guest details and your background choice are kept. An email request cannot remotely erase data stored on a phone; remove the app’s local data or uninstall it if needed.

Copies of public content that other people have saved or shared are outside Tootey’s control. Service-provider backups and technical logs are separate from active app records and are not necessarily erased immediately by an account deletion.

Support correspondence is deleted within 90 days after the request is resolved. Contact us for questions about retained information.
